Introduction
Taskrabbit Delivery enables Customers to request assistance with hauling away items on certain tasks in specific markets. As part of these Tasks, Taskrabbit Delivery enables Helpers and Hands to seek reimbursement of recycling or dump fees for hauling away these items. When Helpers & Hands are scheduled on a haul away task or to complete a haul away service, an itemized receipt for recycling or dump fees must be presented for reimbursement within the timeframe listed below.
Haul Away Reimbursements
The Taskrabbit Delivery Platform is set up to enable Helpers and Hands to request reimbursement of recycling or dump fees within 24 hours of task completion. As part of this process, Helpers and Hands will need to submit an itemized and legible receipt; for cash payments, the receipt should also list specific weight or items and confirm that cash was received.
If submitted prior to task completion, the receipt can be uploaded through the Helper app.
