Customers booking these Tasks are asked to specify the size of their apartment (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom). Customers are encouraged to submit photos of their belongings and to list out their items.

Taskrabbit Delivery requires Customers to:

• List any major appliances or heavy exercise equipment;
• Include details on elevators and stairs; and,
• Pack all of their items prior to the Task.

Customers often expect Helpers to assist with basic disassembly and reassembly of items like bed frames.
