The Taskrabbit Delivery Platform enables connections between two sets of users: (i) Clients and, (ii) Helpers and Hands. To help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all of its users, Taskrabbit Delivery has adopted the following booking hours policy.
Booking Time Window
The Taskrabbit Delivery Platform enables Clients to request services from Helpers and Hands only during its specified booking window.
Booking Window - 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, 7 days a week
Services booked through the Taskrabbit Delivery Platform cannot be scheduled, initiated, or expected to conclude outside of this booking window. This policy is automatically enforced by the platform.
As independent business owners, users of the Taskrabbit Delivery Platform who are registered as Helpers and Hands are responsible for managing their own schedules. This booking hours policy is designed to help support user safety and wellbeing.
